Yes, I would like to. My closing took over 90 days. I called June 3d and closed in September. As I said in an earlier email, I don't know if my "MACteam" was overwhelmed due to low rates, or if less was getting accomplished by "working from home", or if I just got some totally incompetent people. I have refinanced houses 8 times in the last 24 years, this whole experience SUX. If I chose to refinance in the future, it probably will NOT be with PennyMac, and that makes me sad.
The initial dialogue with the Loan Officer was very efficient, accurate and straight-forward. Unfortunately the support staff did not follow through with accurate responses. Disclosure Statements had to be revised four times, and the final Disclosure Statement that was provided on the Closing Date was still inaccurate, but I reluctantly sign anyway. During the last two weeks of the process I had multiple conversations with John Buchanan to continually correct his mistakes. Very frustrating.
The process was very organized taking in consideration the critical moments that we are facing with the COVID 19 pandemic. It was a good experience working with MacTeam. Thanks
Faster communication when questions are asked would be great. I would also have preferred to have been able to speak with Jason over the phone rather than through email.

No communication for day/weeks at a times. No level of perosnalized service continuity. Loan officer and processor unresponsive often. Had to escalate to manager then would get call backs.
