Very fluid and headache free process
Nick was great but the notary assigned was terrible and cased the delay. We were overcharged at closing and still do not have resolution on the mortgage withdrawn from our previous mortgage company- the one Penny Mac payed out, we are still missing over $3k from this transaction.
