Very professional and efficient process. The people were very helpful and made the refinance prosse run smoothly.

Everything was great
Edna's was great. The whole process took a month and a half which is unaccepatable. After I complained about the timeframes, I was approved and ready to close the next day.
Made the process so simple for us even though we aren’t great with computer. Phone calls were returned promptly and any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. The whole process was quick and easy! Thank you Penny MAC and Paulette Wiley.
Great experience not a lot of work on my part. The application process was quick and easy as they were able to obtain documents through other sources. My representative, Aimee Mack, contacted me weekly and let me know every step of the journey. It was good to have someone always checking in so I didn't have to wonder what was coming next in the process.
