We were not informed by our loan officer that we have to pay closing cost fees the escrow officer went to our house did the closing and asked for closing cost. technically before closing loan officer will emailed us in where to Pay/wired money Miscommunication and the instructions are not clearly addressed

PennyMac personel were very informative and prompt with answers to our questions. Keeping in touch with us via text was very nice. The closing agent was very prompt and got everything done in a timeily manner. It is so nice in this day and times to deal with a truely professional company.

Better communication since it was done all online. Emails were never answered promptly, and when I called to ask questions because of the delayed emails, it would always go to voice-mail. I thought since I already had my past mortgage with pennymac would go seamless, but it ended with struggles, and always worried where in the loan process I was at. Would recommend to friends and family, but also would warn them of the troubles I had.

I am still not sure if our loan closed. There has not been proper communication about the official close date.
