My negative review is not directed towards Mr. Hagan (closing agent). He was helpful and answered my questions promptly when needed. I completed this survey based on prior experience to working with him. I thought the length of the process was completely unacceptable and there were weeks that went by idly without anything being done when there were things that needed to be done by PennyMac. I will not ever use PennyMac again in the future and I will advise anyone to avoid your company.
Deon was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made the experience great and I would gladly refer people to PennyMac.

The process was smooth and quick from the intial intake all the way through signing the closing documents. Erik Karibas was amazing and so knowledgeable. He made the process a breeze. Nathan Hoffman kept me informed each step of the way. The notary had me out in 15mins! I really appreciate how quickly this was done.
