Elizabeth was outstanding. Always there answering questions the best she could. But the loan officer was impossible to get ahold of. The process started out good & ended somewhat smoothly & Elizabeth was outstanding & did all she could. But the loan officer made it confusing & it makes me question how it all worked out. Im close to payment I wanted & got interest rated i wanted so Im not really upset but not sure if money got lost somewhere either. Cause the math doesn't add up to me.
