Quick and easy process. Everything was well explained and all questions answered. Elizabeth was great!
Loan process took way to long and closing was about a month short of goal. Requested documents had to be provided more than once. Customer relationship staff were courteous, professional and easy to work with.
This is the 2nd refi and 3rd loan with Penny Mac. People are upfront and knowledgeable easy to talk and work with.
i had to reach out multiple times to multiple people for answers. andrew gave me an attitude when i asked him to explain something.
The Loan Processing Team was great. We were called every week and informed of the status of the loan. PennyMac already had our mortgage so refinancing was extremely easy. At first when we decided to refinance, getting through on the phone with somebody was extremely difficult. Another issue was that our original Loan Officer seemed very unsure of the procedure and was not upfront with some of the information but with advice from the Loan Processing Team we were able to work through it.
Paulette was extremely thorough and checked in with us regularly with updates. She answered every question we had and gave us all the time we needed in her calls to us. She was more than willing to help in any way she could throughout the entire process.
