Simple, streamlined process
I think the first person that came to my home with the closing documents was very unorganized and not helpful with the discrepancy in paperwork. We did not close the first attempt. The next young lady two days later was perfect.
Except for the length of the process Due to coronavirus, the process was smooth and clear. Bob was very responsive And helpful.
In the beginning we didn't feel we were getting some communications through. Had to contact a manager because our loan contact was not responding to calls or emails. Until the signing we never really knew "in print" if our request had been taken care of.
