I still have not had anyone return my calls, concerns or emails!!!! The three people I spoke with said they would forward my concerns to management and still no returned calls or emails. I was advised on SEVERAL occasions that my closing loan figures were $291,000. I asked for the documents and all three times I was told they would be sent and they were not sent. I voiced my concerns several times thru emails and calls that my final loan figure was $293400. and I want my $2000. Please have

Everything went very smooth. We thought we would close in August but things took longer than we expected. It wasn't on the PennyMac end it was USDA. Other than that highly recommended.

The loan officer Dameon was good but to get a hold of him was very difficult. Had a hiccup with the Closing attorney about what I owed at closing the day of closing. Still have not received a callback. Good thing it was something minor. Was told I did not owe any money at closing and Turns out I did and I had to scramble with a newborn to get to an ATM because I didn’t have cash or check on me because I was not prepared to pay anything from another higher level loan officer.
