It took a very long time to close the refinance. There was some confusion between PennyMac & the people who prepare the loan documents.

The entire endeavor was messed up and needlessly complicated. The title company did not communicate with my HELOC lender and set us back months. I was forced to constantly chase down both pennymac representatives. My emails and phone calls went unanswered. Twice Regina said she had an emergency, which if true should have been moved to another representative. Many times I was in the verge of changing providers. I will not willingly use Pennymac again.

Very smooth process, Raveena helped me throughout the whole process and told me exactly what I should do and what documents I should get prepared to send. Definitely recommend.
