Theaurty Howard did a great once he took over. The process was long, but not because of him. My account seemed to have touched multiple hands. He answered all questions in a timely manner and followed up quickly. It was a pleasure working with him. He did an awesome job. Thank you

When it came time to close, I never heard from Antonio with things like the closing costs and wire instructions. The wire instructions weren't included in the closing paperwork either. Furthermore, when reaching out after the closing, I had to reach out twice and it took a few days to get a response. This led to a lot of anxiety about whether the loan would get funded and if I'd get the instructions to wire the money in time.

Information was incorrectly given prior to underwriting, which made for a very stressful time. There was a moment where I was told my loan would not be approved and that I was basically “SOL.” I spent a day panicking that my family would be without a house as we had already sold our current home and could not cancel the deal. By the end of the day corrections were made to ensure the loan would be approved however a lot of worry could have been prevented by better initial communication. More...
