Communication was lacking from start to finish. Emails were never returned, phone calls were redirected to an un-named voicemail. After the notary cancelled my closing, I was never notified, and after calling Jason on Friday to ask about this, I received a call from Jason that Monday saying he was glad the closing went well...meanwhile the Notary had just cancelled (again) for Tuesday. Please take notes when talking to customers, and review them before calling those customers back.
