Loan process took way to long and closing was about a month short of goal. Requested documents had to be provided more than once. Customer relationship staff were courteous, professional and easy to work with.
It went very smoothly from the first call I made until I signed the closing documents. Every person I talked in every step of the process was professional, courteous and patient with all of my questions. Finally, my loan was closed faster than I expected. Kudos to the team that handled my loan!
