My main issue is not getting a direct email or phone number to contact my specialist. It was easier to wait for her to call me. I had issues signing a document because it locked up. I missed the instructions on what code to use to unlock the document. Not Lauren's fault. She couldn't unlock it and in the end we just didn't unlock it. It ended up being a non-issue but overall, in my whole experience with the process, I didn't think it was "great."

Erica was pleasant, professional and a Joy to work with!. She went above and beyond in my opinion in comparison to companies I previously dealt wit on the lending side.
