From the initial call to get everything started, throughout the whole process of refinancing our home, we have nothing but good things to say!! Beth did a good job communicating with me; however, when she had to take some leave to care for a family member, PennyMac dropped the ball. No one picked up the slack and I had no communication with PennyMac. I called several times only to get a voice machine and no call back and sent multiple emails with no response as well. When Beth returned from her emergency leave, she had to pick up the fumbled football and finally get me to close on 8/14/20 (when I was scheduled to close 8/10/20).
