Loan officers were switched on my several times. It wasn't until I was assigned to Molly that I finally had someone who responded to me in a timely manner. I would not recommend PennyMac.

From start to finish PennyMac took care of us without exception. With minimal effort on our part, our loan was refinanced quicker than expected. Although everybody along the way was great to deal with, we need to give a HUGE thank you to Mr. Kelvey Becks! From the first conversation we had, he made us feel like family. Kelvey answered every question quickly, took the time to explain every part of the process, and he made us feel as though we had been friends for a long time. Thank you Kelvey!
