The communication can be greatly improved upon. There were several times where I was told to expect a call and never received one. There was also an occasion when I was looking for an answer to a question I had and was told that only one person could help me with that question, which was fine, and that she would call me back later in the day. I had to call back three times over the course of a week before she finally talked to me. Little things like that were very irritating.

I was told my new mortgage payment, I asked if insurance and taxes were included i was told yes. Later to be told it was a mistake. I was told I had money coming back and closing cost only $89 but it ended up being over $1500 also instead of mortgage payment being $950 its more $1191. I was very unhappy about that.

The loan process with the MAC Team was amazing. Anna and David took care of us from the start. They answered our questions promptly and with patience. It was hard to believe that Pennymac was such a blarge company given the special attention they gave to us. My family will always be very grateful to them for thier superb service in getting us into our dream home. Great work guys and Thank you so much!!

The loan process was clear and was handled efficiently. I was always able to contact Liem with questions/concerns and he responded promptly.

The overall experience proved by Liem and team was smooth and stress less, which is the way it should be. Home loans can have a lengthy process, but Liem made It pleasant and professional experience to work with. Thanks again for a job well done.

My experience with PennyMac was way beyond my expectations. It began with a loan officer David who walked me through the process then handed me off to Liem who handled the processing. There were a few times I had questions about the loan and Liem was always available. For the final signing of documents they sent Niesha, a notary to my home and walked me through the signing of documents. Honestly it was the smoothest and quickest home loan process I have ever been through and from home.

I had a great experience refinancing through PennyMac. John and Lauren we awesome and there to answer all of my many questions. I would highly recommend them and PennyMac.
