I was switched from a loan advisor I had for a month that did not complete his tasks. Xavier tried and did do his best after receiving my loan information. I was asked for documents multiple times, sometimes three times for the same document. I want to commend Xavier. I believe the middle loan officer I was given messed up the whole process. But we are closed and funded now after three and a half months, so I am happy.
Expectations of communication weekly was conveyed but never occurred. We sent emails with no responses and we felt when speaking with the loan officer she was condescending and within her scripts more than taking care of the customer and understanding their expectations/needs. Should you want to discuss specifics, let us know.
She did a great job. She is friendly and really trying to help out.
Everything went so smoothly.
