Was very difficult to get the process going to begin with. After applying I would receive calls to speak to a loan specialist and twice sat on hold for over 45 minutes. If its going to take so long don't call, or set an appointment. I was beginning to look at other banks, once the process was started and I was speaking to a loan specialist and Nancy? The process was awesome and they showed me why it was worth it to stay with pennymac. Overall a great experience except for the little hickup

Excellent ! Should have done it with PennyMac the first time , went smoother than expected with Covid delaying a lot of businesses.

The team was awesome as always! This happened super fast and was easy to do. When I looked at my refi I only looked at one place because I knew I wanted to stay with the team that would make it happen. I have nothing but great things to say about PennMac. I am a customer for life.
