There were document requests duplicated. Also some requests came in different periods, and sounded like could have been requested all together. The communication with Michael was okay, although there were some questions asked that did not have clear answers.
All of my questions were answered promptly. Everything was explained clearly. The closing went off without a hitch. The follow up response was quick as well. A smooth process overall. Thank you!

I was given step-by-step instructions and the loan process was laid out at the beginning to help me set my own expectations. All expectations and timelines were met! I am very satisfied with my home mortgage refinance experience at PennyMac.
Closing too way to long, over a month. Also, phone calls need to be returned sooner
