Very difficult to get in touch with my representative. Final disclosure did not match the closing documents, which still hasn't been addressed despite multiple requests for explanation. A new final disclosure was sent to me days after closing. I was then told my closing docs were wrong and a new closing had to be scheduled for the next Monday. Then I got a voicemail over the weekend telling me nevermind , everything was ok and then I got a call from a very confused notary Monday afternoon

We were told from the beginning that they were experiencing higher than normal traffic in regards to refinancing due to history low interest rates in the mortgage market. So we knew from the get go that it would take longer than usual for the loan to be processed. I must say it was a lot easier than the first time around.
