I like how patience and knowledgeable Nick and kay where, They took their time answer my multiple questions, and make sure i was confident and understanding the process i was doing. They are really on top of things and always having checking point to ensure if you have any doubt or question, they be available for you 100% satisfied, would do business with them again

The level of communication and the clearness of that communication was overall great. The only complaint was a small lapse in responses and some unexpected delays in closing. It was only a minor issue and easily overcome by the return to speedy and accurate communication to close the process.

Understand that there are numerous requests currently based on the lowering of interest rates but did take a month longer than expected. This may be due to my missing a phone call or two based on travel - not Max - he was fantastic. - GA
