All my questions were answered clearly. The process was fast, easy and zero stress. All I had to do was sign my paperwork. They set up the notary to come to my house. I am always happy working with PennyMac.

Dominic was outstanding!! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Ms. Lopez did not seem to understand the situation for our home being sold and it took over a week for her to catch on. We clearly communicated to her the house situation and for the first three phone calls she did not have a clear understanding of the loan particulars. It was late into the process with Ms. Lopez that she finally caught up and that caused delays in closing.

Hi Penny Mac & Paulette Penny Mac Chain of command of Paulette Wiley loan processor - Paulette did a fabulous job with her restrictions of the world of Covid 19 and office work limited and be able to communicate with me weekly of Tuesday’s & Wednesday which was her best way . I am greatful Penny Mac has always done their best of put me in the highest level of customer service . I give Paulette a 100 percent of customer satisfaction from me she a wonderful person in all professional levels.

Liem was WONDERFUL!! I would rather have documents requested twice and make sure they are received than not at all. He clearly communicated often with us which was GREATLY appreciated! Joshua Leatherman started the process and was fabulous as well. We had been with another company to start refinance and with NO progress. This was an efficient, clear and concise, process which was the best I have ever experienced!! Thank you so much for Liem and Joshua. they were the BEST!! Give them a raise!!!
