The My MAC team was very timely in responding to questions and concerns. I received responses either the same day or first thing the next morning if I emailed after hours. The whole process was easy to navigate.
There was some documents that were incorrect after a few emails and calls
PennyMac was very courteous and listen to my needs for my loan. They had the information I needed it about 30 minutes and were were able to close in about 10 days for my streamline refinance loan. Also great loan servicer.

Pennymac was surprisingly easy to work with from the application to closing process. Their team was super friendly and professional throughout the whole deal. Marcia was nice and communicated with me at every step. When there was an issue at closing she took care of the problem. I have already recommended Pennymac to a few friends.
