Raveena Taylor was my entire experience. She was an incredible representative of the PennyMac organization. Despite the title company not sending a notary on my proposed closing date, and then sending a notary at 9:00 pm on a Friday for the rescheduled closing date, Raveena reinstated my faith in PennyMac as an originator. After the first incident, Raveena immediately picked up the phone and discussed next steps. She is someone that PennyMac needs to keep.
Communications were quick and pleasant. Follow ups were consistent.

I was never able to get in touch with anyone, loan streamline took 2 months to close. When it finally closed my refund check does match match my closing documents that were signed and now I can’t get a hold of anyone again to get the remaining money owed. Maybe someone can call me.....
