PennyMac was the only loan service that got back to us quickly and was eager to help us. Everyone we worked with was great!
My loan assistants, Oscar and Rosario, did an amazing job answering all my questions and completing all the necessary steps accurately and efficiently to get my loan processed in less than 30 days.
PennyMac is good. The staff I worked with were polite, helpful, professional, and pleasant to talk to. There was a slight delay due to some confusion on required documents and I'm willing to blame that on COVID-19 and working from home. I have not shopped around too much for other loan services but know that PennyMac is at least easy to deal with and can recommend that. Thank you for your help. Best wishes!

Easy to refinance, since most documents needed were already on file with PenneyMac, therefore it made the process very easy.
Helpful, knowledgeable and courteous staff. I would consider Penny mac for another Mortage in the future.
