Everything was smooth and easygoing Fue muy fusil. Creo que uno también tiene que poner de su parte mandando todo a tiempo y siendo honesto con el banco todo es más fácil y rápido. Desde un principio me dijeron lo que necesitaba y el tiempo que iva llevar el proceso y el estimado de my préstamo fue casi exacto. Lo recomiendo 100%

The time between contacts and requests for documents was inordinately long. I worked with a total of 5 different ing the process. Since I already had one with PennyMac , I that would result in a reasonably speedy process. That clearly wasn’t”t the case.

Great experience from start to finish. We were already PennyMac loan customers, but checked around with other companies before refinancing. The decision was very easy ... stay with PennyMac. We highly recommend.
