It took a long time for me to connect with a loan officer. The set up process was easy once my email address was authenticated. I tried to change the email from my work email to my personal email without success. I asked two of the loan reps to change it, and they said they would, but it was never changed. I was given an original closing date for July. I had to follow when the July date expired. The wrong closing amount was emailed. I didn't find out until closing; I had to amend my check.

Everything was excellent but the length of time from application to closings was extremely unacceptable (March - August).

Closning did not happen on time, left several messages at penny Mac with no response, new closing scheduled and docs are wrong. Closing and getting docs ready was terrible, rest of process fine. Need to be able to get in touch with someone when there are issues and prompt call back or resolution should occur.

First, Ashley did a great job of picking up my loan at the tail end. She communicated with me and did her best to get our loan closed. Prior to Ashley, I was exceptionally disappointed in the lack of response from Sarah Olsen. I was repeatedly asked for the same documents which I provided when I completed the application. The spelling of our address on our closing documents was incorrect throughout the entire package.

The best part was not having to go sign paperwork it was either e-sign or they came to me.
