Refinance was easy and quick.
We contacted PennyMac because our earlier mortgage was with them so it just made sense to us to refinance through PennyMac. We are very happy that we made the call to refinance. Our PennyMac representatives were very easy to work with, and they made the experience pretty much stress-free. We were able to coordinate everything online, and through a couple of phone calls uploading and downloading documents as they were needed. The process really went smoothly for us which was nice.
Everything was completed very quickly and correctly. All persons involved were knowledgeable and friendly!!!!
