Overall good experience with just a couple of issues along the way. Although the issues were not critical, they were still a little concerning. First I was told the loan would close in a week. Then a week later I was told that the title team forgot to do the paperwork for subrogation and closing had to be moved for an undetermined period. Thankfully it took about 2 additional weeks. Finally, PennyMac called my employer for employment verification without giving me a chance to warn the employer.

multiple emails from different people, hard to track and find communications due to this. Had to prompt followup to find out what was happening rather than getting live updates. otherwise o.k. would be better to have one single individual to communicate with. Friendly people but process needs improvement
