Had a GREAT experience
The loan services were very quick and easy. They made the whole process very easy from start to finish with closing. They explained the process and the numbers that made it easily understandable. They even sent an agent to my home for the closing which was very convenient. Thank you PennyMac!

My experience at the beginning with Ted was great! Once our loan got turned over however it wasn’t great. We were requested the same document that I had turned in numerous times. I got a voicemail asking to schedule closing and when I called back I was told that she accidentally called the wrong person. On the majority of my documents at closing my last name was spelled wrong. Refinancing with the same company was convenient but not a super smooth transaction.
Couldn't have been easier.
