This is the third time I work with PennyMac on a mortgage. The team was professional as always, but the process was bumpy. Covid has affected the performance. However, I will work with the MAC Team in the future.

Overall, we ended up with refinancing significantly lower than our original interest rate, so in that respect I'm extremely happy with the outcome and the fact that the paperwork process was easy. Only downside is it took some leg work getting to the rate we are currently at and had to receive a competing offer with another agency to get our current rate.

The overall experience and process was thorough and professional. The fact that Deion was always accessible was huge for me. I don't think I ever called and he wasn't available. Information was given, and questions answered. I did not feel like I was talking to a stranger! The only area I question is how long the total process took. I expected a shorter process. That is an area I think PennyMac can improve on. But time was not a factor for me and thoroughness was, and that was achieved! Taddaw!

Youu guys delay my closing by a few days into the next month just so you can charge me an extra $1030. Very dishonest and will never use you again
