The communication was great. I never had to wait longer than 12 hours to get a response, and I know people are working on more than just my loan. I felt like the process was seamless. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant, kind and patient.
It process was a little slower than we expected but overall everything went smooth and everyone we dealt with were kind and courteous.
The only thing that I was confused on what's the title search I was wondering why would I have to have a charge on atitle search on a refi that was my original title if I was the previous owner
There were several instances where the CTC number was changed drastically from what was originally quoted. Ultimately the number got changed back to what was originally quoted, however none of the documents, including closing documents reflected that number. I was not given any confirmation of my signing appointment time until 2 hours before the scheduled time. I understand that everything is busy right now but this is a huge problem and not how a reputable financial company should do business.
Your appraiser, title co and underwriting show a lender paying to obtain a desired result. I provided specific direction on my application and title due to a government run safe home program I am for domestic abuse all was ignore Louis was the only person who was responsive and listened to the issues that had been created by the other groups within the organization. As a finance professional who has purchased several homes, I know the process and I survived domestic abuse. I expected more!

Everything was clearly communicated and expedited from start to finish. All of our questions were answered in a timely fashion and there was complete transparency throughout, from start to close. Very happy with this transaction!
Easy to deal with
Only issue was that the loan didn't close as quickly as I was originally told, by about 2 weeks. I had to push to get it thru Final approval stage which it looked to be in that stage for 3 to 4 weeks. Everything Lauren did was fantastic, it was not her fault at all, I really appreciated her efforts and I want to thank her for her communication and her help!
