If your loan agents knew what they were doing! None of them were on the same page as the other! I felt like the agents were unorganized with handling the loan!!
Easy process and quick!
My wife and I got our questions answered in a timely manner during this process. Tony Torres, Ben Curcio and the team were always on top of their tasks. Even during weeks that there were no updates nor changes to our loan, Tony always called weekly to let us know that he was tracking and ensure we did not have further questions.
