Cheree Payton was exceptional.She was always available to answer any questions.She went above and beyond for me and made the whole process easy.She made me fell that she really cared.
The entire process went very smooth until closing. I was given a date and time to close. That time came and went with no contact. It took three days to find out what happened. There was apparent a document flaw. It was corrected and the closing went very smooth. Just a little worried for those days. I'm old and maybe worry too much.
Our experience went exceptionally well. Mr. Winkler was very professional and helpful throughout the process. He listened to our concerns, answered all questions and seemed invested in our success. Mr Winkler is a valuable asset for PennyMac.
