I refinanced with my mortgage lender and it was amazing! The support that I received from the very beginning is honestly some of the best customer service I'd ever had. I had previously reached out to another lender and felt like I was the one working for them. I had to reach out often and follow with up with them. PennyMac wasn't like that at all. They constantly communicated with me and any time I had any questions either via email or phone, they got back to me in record time.
