Kami made it easy and personable. She was always prompt getting back to me and explained things thoroughly. She has a great sense of humor and great presence even over the phone. When I had difficulty with the title company responding to me, she stepped in and handled everything. It was a smooth process with her in charge.

Very good loan rates, process from start to finish was faster than expected, and generally easier than expected as well. Their portal took some getting used to, and further into the process I learned that if I clicked on the highlighted words of the required documents, it would show me what documents I had submitted up to that point. They had the best loan rates and allowed a cash-out closing, where I received some of my equity back as cash. Overall, very happy with the process and results !!
