It was very easy and saved me a lot of money in monthly payments
Communicated preferred closing date five weeks in advance and had three Pennymac loan officers over the time tell me that the date would work and be doable. Final approval took over a week causing us to miss the closing date which caused a difficult situation for my family as we could not close for another three days and had no other plans or housing options. I do understand it was a busy time for loans and they were swamped, I just wish it had worked as planned.
