Communication was horrible. Process took entirely too long : Mid May through July 27 although I complied promptly with all request for documents. Closing scheduled 3 different times. Was canceled 2 as paper work was not accurate. Closing person was scheduled for 7 pm when I was scheduled for 10;00 She was not sure what she was doing. Not impressed with your service. Loan Agent Eric Lewis was a ghost through out the process.

initially, my loan was set to close by no later than July 6th, then by July 10th. but did not close until the end of July due to delay by the underwriter

Nicholas Batten had excellent customer service and consistently maintained communication. He gave me weekly updates and always took the time to thoroughly explain the process and answered any questions I had. If I called his office and left a voicemail, he would respond within minutes.
