I think communication in time would have been better, also i had to call and inform that closing was postponed instead them telling me.

Emails requesting info and documents were not clear requiring me to call and follow-up multiple times to seek clarity. Closing process was horribly uncoordinated. I had to make 3 appointments in one week. First did not show up. Second canceled 1 hour prior to meeting due to missing documents. The entire process from start to finish could have been more seamless and the communication needs improvement.

This loan closed 2 weeks sooner than expected, with constant communication and step by step instructions. Would highly recommend PennyMac Loan Services for a prompt, thorough and professional experience.

The first part of the process went smoothly. Communication was frequent and good. When we got to the closing process things turned bad. Our first closing date was cancelled without notice or explanation. When we tried to inquire about what happened no one would respond. We finally got a second closing date scheduled and it did not happen either, also without explanation. We called numerous times and if we hadn't continued to call and call we probably would have never closed. Frustrating.
