I had a great experience with Pennymac, closed on time and answered all questions I had.
Because we closed with PennyMac on the original home purchase it was easy for them to facilitate a no-hassle refinance. My documents were all on file already so when it came time to it I just had to sign a few documents and they took care of the rest.

Everything was clearly explained. We had no surprises and the closing was on time and took 35 min. We are very happy with Deion and Pennymac
Overall, the process was great. Deion and Ricardo were especially helpful and great to work with. The only real issue was the closing. We had the closing scheduled and I made arrangements for child care during that time. The closing time came and went with nobody showing up or even calling me. Deion had to talk to the title company who told him the notary was unable to make it during that time. I wish that information would have been communicated better.
