Regina was great. The loan took much longer to close than anticipated, but this was not Regina's fault and she clearly explained each step. My wife and I have been generally happy with PennyMac, but I am not sure if I would recommend them to others in the future due to how long the process took. We had multiple friends buy houses in the time it took us to refinance with the same company and we started the refinance process before they even put an offer on a house.

The only think I found fault with is that attaching documents in the doclink is very difficult. Also the closing Lawyer you used is very hard to work with.
