Overall good experience.
Ok for this process is Ok. After receiving several email about the refinance offer, I had to call into your system and site on hold for almost and hour just to get the info i needed to start the process. Once the process started it would take three phone calls to get someone on the phone, i was told i would get an chance to review the refinance options once my appraisal came back i did not hear anything until they called to complete the closing.
