My wife and I were so pleased with Ms. Guevara knowledge of the entire process, she was superb from start to finish. I could not ask for any one better, for a while I thought I was talking to a loan officer that’s how knowledgeable and efficient she was. Ms. Guevara answered every single question my wife and I had. Our experience with the refinance was outstanding. Will definitely recommend PennyMac to family and friends. Our refinance loan took less than 30 days to closed, we were amazed.

Final loan amount being accurate Communication of timelines for signing Understand maximum cashback amounts Overall communications with Kami Returning of phone calls Method to directly reach our PennyMac rep. Jeff was Great!! Chakeeta was very professional and helpful working out significant issues by her staff.
