Everything was smooth and easygoing Fue muy fusil. Creo que uno también tiene que poner de su parte mandando todo a tiempo y siendo honesto con el banco todo es más fácil y rápido. The amount of time it took when I started the refi process was over 3 mos! I had to jump through hoops to close and felt forgotten at times. Liam however, was extremely helpful and kept me informed.
Felt like there should've been more communication between me and the closing officer.

The time between contacts and requests for documents was inordinately long. I worked with a total of 5 different ing the process. Since I already had one with PennyMac , I that would result in a reasonably speedy process. That clearly wasn’t”t the case.
