She was very strict, followed rules no matter what and was like dealing with an emotionless robot. she only cared about procedures and protocols not me or my family as individuals. One situation I had to reach out to Greg Baserra (sorry if I botched the name) to explain because Leticia simply did not care to understand my situation.
