Started the re-finance process in the middle of April 2020. However, once my refinance moved to the end stages near the closing the communication from Pennymac was EXTREMELY poor. Was only able to get my loan processing agent's voice-mail for majority of this time. Recieved two vague emails about dates and estimated costs to close, but no instructions on the process or what I needed to do. Extremely frustrated throughout this 4 month process.

The only think I found fault with is that attaching documents in the doclink is very difficult. Also the closing Lawyer you used is very hard to work with.
