Refinance process was not stressful at all.
Everything about the procedural steps of the process were great. But our rep Eric Briggs was not great at all. He lacked communication skills and the customer experience we received was far less than poor.

I have been requesting my signed paperwork for over a week with no response from you. During the loan process you were very responsive and helpful. Once my loan closed I am unable to contact to get the information I need.
Initial process was a little rocky with confirming apr rate. We have good credit and experienced home buyers how expected the best rate possible. There was a lot of negotiating that took a lot of our time to get comfirmation on APR percentage rate
