I'm sure that if Covid19 was not affecting businesses and the environment was normal that my experience with Penny Mac would of been smoother. It was very hard to reach someone when I had a question. It took weeks to get a response during the months of April and May. Documents that were needed were being described in different terms from one level to another and that created miscommunications. Eventually everything worked out but it was frustrating at times. Thanks
After I had started the process I was repeatedly called by PennyMac to set up initial appointments that were unnecessary. I had some trouble knowing if my emails were being read. I didn't get confirmation that everything needed for the refinance had been submitted. Next steps were not clear throughout the process. I still don't have confirmation that the loan has closed and what to do now. Overall the process could have been better.

Transaction went pretty smooth. Very busy time for PennyMac. Questions were answered in a reasonable time frame. Process for signing was a little gray due to Covid restrictions, but it was ironed out after a couple of emails...thanks.
Ask too many times for the same documents. It was a long process but Ms. Garica was very nice and helpful.
I hope we can do business again.
