Met expectations and time frames for closing. Customer service was responsive and friendly
Took from December 2019 to close in July 2020. Had to answer number requests for the same paperwork. Very frustrating process. Better communication. Not receiving numerous e mails from separate people over and over for the same paperwork. The first time I refinanced with PennyMac was a breeze compaired to this time.
Prompt call backs and accurately providing information would have improved my opinion. Towards the end I had to go straight to Molly's supervisor for everything i needed. He was able to actually help me and get thing done. I was inaccurately told I had lost both my jobs, had the same doc requested over and over again only to learn the doc they needed as a different one than what I was being told. Would get call back at 9pm days after leaving a message asking questions. Loan took almost 90 days!

Efficient and friendly
Marcia was great. Her supervisor, not so much. I had questions on the exact breakdown of my payment with respect to taxes, insurance, and principal/interest, because it was not right in discussions and did not match the closing disclosures. Marcia forwarded my questions to her supervisor and he was supposed to call me. He never did. She also credited the $59 dollars or so I was to owe at closing and he was supposed to approved it. Despite having two weeks to do so, he did not. Unsatisfied.
The whole process was very pleasant no stress.everyone kept me well informed.

My process went over extraordinarily smoothly! I'm very happy with the final results there was one slight hiccup of a bit of miscommunication, other than that flawless!
