Working with this group was so easy and pleasant and I highly recommend them!
We were continually presented with inaccurate estimate documents that didn’t match what we discUssed with the initial person we worked with. It was difficult to contact Molly but once we did she was very helpful but then we would get another round of inaccurate estimates. This extended the process significantly.
Overall, the correspondence with the loan processor lacked some details that would have prevented additional emails to clarify. Other than that, our processor was friendly and helpful. It would be better to have the loan officer to oversee the process vs. getting the loan started, then passing the customer on to an 800 number and loan processor only.
Always kept me updated during the process from beginning to end.

You need to have your ducks in a row, nothing was explained, I was told Ashley would be calling weekly I am lucky if I heard from her, I had to call and leave messages for her to even call me. 2 weeks ago my wife and myself asked to speak with a supervisor we are still waiting for that phone call. We still have no answers on how my 83 year old mother in laws phone number was put on our closing documents, they called her it caused her to become upset due to she did not understand what was goingon
I felt that Blen Alemu did a great job of explaining any questions that I had and also had wonderful enthusiasm in doing her job. Not once did she make me feel hesitant to ask questions and I felt comfortable through out the process of getting my loan completed.
