Nick Bonifacio was completely clueless as to what was going on even though he was supposedly my main loan officer. He never knew there were any issues unless I contacted him, he didn’t know when my closing was, didn’t have the correct numbers per the closing disclosure and when there was an issue hours before closing was to take place he had zero clue about it and his response was “I’ll let the team know”. Closing was 8 hours late and I wasted a day of vacation.

Nathan, our handler, was very quick to respond and would call when he needed something so I was clear in the process. Everything was very smooth. I appreciated doing business with him.

Rescheduled closing 3 times, had lots of communication issues with Joseph K....he only returned calls at night ...when he called he obviously didn't even listen to any of my messages, and barley knew anything about my loan....very frustrating.
