Mono was amazing.. when every I called her she was always listening and got back to me ASAP with an answer. Never had to wait for her... not too many people out there that cares this much for their loan customers, we always had to wait before her.

I received the best rate available from Penny Mac. However the process was very painful. Communication with Penny Mac was maddening in 2 ways: 1. Very difficult to reach Penny Mac. Often placed on Hold for times exceeding 1 Hr. Very poor return on calls. Rarely, if at all, talked to the the same person twice. (Sara was ok at returning emails, but always another person who returned phone calls (Again, never the same person, not the one that I called.} 2. Penny Mac over-communicated when they
