Have the process work together. The credit section did not have info from loan poc, the employment verification person did not respond to call, it seems like team all over the play and no real process.
The process went smoothly. Everything was finalized within MY timeline. The whole process went just the way it was explained.

Loan process was very easy to navigate and went through from beginning to end in less than 45 days.
Even though it was extremely busy with people wanting to refiance, I received a call back the same day I left a message. All my preliminary paperwork was filled out that day. From then on, everything went as planned. We didn't even have to leave the house to close, a notary was sent to the house on a date and time of our choice. A special shout out to Hilda Kuklinski, she was always available to answer all of our questions, she even answsered my calls after business hours.
Great experience with our representative, Amie mack. She was a pleasure to work with and lead us through the loan process beautifully.
