Our calls to PennyMac were repeatedly misrouted, which delayed the time it took for a prompt answer to our questions about our refinance. We were sent the same requests for eSigning and review of documents from different PennyMac workers, which made it confusing and redundant. Recommend more timely communication with your teammates and clients throughout the loan process.

The process started in March and finally closed in July. And they requested the same docs many times. And didn’t keep us up to date on requested documents.
Everything was none in a timely manner
First I would like for someone to return my car when I leave them voicemail messages over and over. I also would like people to know what they’re doing instead of giving me the runaround telling me to call different numbers and no one knows anything.
Process was basically smooth, but I thought I'd close before I needed to make a payment on my prior loan. (refinancing)
