Super fast and easy, great customer service! I basically Just made a phone call and (poof) I was signing papers!
Nathan was absolutely fantastic and I feel he went above and beyond in his efforts to assist in my loan.
Pia and Beth were both great to work with and were very helpful. The problem seemed to be where there were hand-offs, both internally and between PennyMac and the title company. Missing documents that had already been sent, etc. This caused me a ton of extra stress and made the processes very frustrating at the end.

I was able to voice my concerns with her and she handled my issues or pointed me into the right direction. Her overall knowledge and willingness to help was far beyond any service I have ever received. There aren’t to many employees left in the work field Like her and go beyond the call of duty to satisfy the customer. Her impression made me a PennyMac customer for life.
